6 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/2 c. raisins (opt.)
6 cinnamon rolls OR 6-8 thick slices of bread
5 c. scalded milk
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar

Beat eggs with 1/2 cup sugar, salt, vanilla and flavorings. Set aside. Scald milk by bringing almost to a boil, it will appear to be getting a skin over top. Dice bread into 1 inch squares and soak bread and raisins in milk for a few minutes. Add egg mixture. Pour into a deep baking casserole. Melt butter and pour over the top. Mix cinnamon with 1 cup sugar and sprinkle over butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour on a rack over a pan of water.
