2 packages Frozen Butter Beans
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Sugar
1/3 stick Butter
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Put frozen butter beans in a pot in small amount of water. Add salt, sugar, and butter. Put top on pan and bring to a boil, cut heat down and cook about 20 minutes or until tender.

Mrs. Parham's notes: After cooking beans for 20 minutes take one out to test to see if it is done. You may need to add salt if not enough.
