1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 square chocolate (or substitute 3 tablespoons cocoa and 2 tablespoons butter melted)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs

Crust (graham cracker or pie crust)
Whip cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream: 1/2 cup butter and 3/4 cup sugar. Melt 1 square chocolate with 1 teaspoon vanilla and cool. *If using cocoa substitute for square of chocolate, add the 1 teaspoon vanilla to cocoa and butter mixture. Add: 3 eggs (one at a time) - beat 3 minutes after each egg. Pour into crust (graham cracker or pie crust). Whip cream on top. Chill 2 hours or more.
