3# hamburger
2 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 - 8 oz. can water
2 packages sloppy joe seasoning mix
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain and rinse well. Put into Crock-pot - add onions, green pepper, tomato sauce and water. Stir thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours (High for 5 hours) Depends upon Crock-pot. If to liquid, remove cover and set on High for 30 minutes.
