1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. margarine or butter
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. sour cream
2 c. flour
2 to 3 very ripe bananas
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter and blend with sugar. Add eggs, soda, vanilla, and sour cream; blend until smooth. Add flour and mix well. Mash in bananas and stir in chocolate chips. Spoon into 18 muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. They freeze well and can be reheated in microwave.
