1 # raw Spanish peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients together in a non-stick 12 inch skillet. Cook, stirring often, until the water is completely absorbed. Spread sugared peanuts on an ungreased cookie sheet. Line with foil for easy clean up. Bake @ 300 for 40 minutes. Once cooled, store in an air tight container.
