1 can of chunk pineapple drained but reserve the juice. 1 cup of mini marshmellows and 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
mix 2 eggs 2 Tablespoons of sugar 2 tablespoons of flour and 1 tablespoon of butter cook togather till thick

Directions:

let the mixture cool to room temperature and then mix in the nuts marshmellows and pineapple put in fridge and let set several hours serve with a dab of whipped cream on top as a desert or side dish very yummy
