3 T olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 28-oz. cans San Marzano tomatoes, Italian style with basil
1 c white wine
1/8 to 1 tsp cayenne (based on heat preference)
Seafood of choice (shrimp, scallops, lobster)
1/4 c fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
Fresh basil leaves, torn

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 3 Tbsp. olive oil in large saucepan. Add garlic and onion, cooking until onions are translucent. Add tomatoes, wine and cayenne. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove 1/2 of the sauce to food processor and chop (sauce should become a shade of orange). Return to sauce pot. Cook for additional 15 minutes. Add in desired seafood, and cook until done. Just before serving add in parsley and basil leaves. Serve over desired pasta.
