1 lb Jimmy Dean light regular turkey or pork sausage
1 8-oz can Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 8-oz carton Egg beaters
3/4 c milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage in medium skillet. Cook over medium heat til browned. Drain. Line bottom of 13 x 9 pan with rolls, press to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients til blended. Pour over sausage. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes or til set. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares.
