Gammy's Fish au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients:  
1 lb fresh or frozen filet of sole flounder or haddock
1/3 c mayonnaise
1/4 c grated cheese
2 T fine dried bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Brush each filet with mayonnaise. Mix cheese and crumbs. Roll fish in crumb mix and place in baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mix. Bake 375 until fish is lightly brown and flakes easily when tested with a fork. Bake 30 to 35 minutes for frozen fish. Garnish with lemon slices and sprig parsley.
