1 lb. fettuccine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare fettuccine according to package directions for al dente. Drain and set aside. In the same pot, over medium heat, add cream cheese, butter, cheese and milk. Cook until smooth, stirring constantly. Add pasta back to pot with cream sauce and stir until completely coated. Serve with fresh ground pepper, if desired.
