3 cups of flour
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 Tsp. baking soda
1 Tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 Tsp vanilla
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all above ingredients in a bowl. Preheat oven to 375F. Pour mix into a 9 x 13 pan (ungreased) or in cupcake liners. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until firm (cupcakes seem to take less time.)

Brown sugar icing is the best to put on top of this cake !!!!
