4 garlic cloves, minced
4 ripe plum tomatoes, diced
pinch of sugar
(2) 6-1/2 oz. cans chopped clams
1 c. white wine
8 oz. angel hair pasta
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and diced tomatoes in well-oiled saucepan or skillet
Add clam juice from canned clams and white wine and pinch of sugar. Heat to boiling. Reduce sauce about 10 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally, until it reaches desired thickness.
Meanwhile, add pasta to boiling water and cook according to package directions.
When sauce is ready, reduce heat to low, add clams and heat just 1 minute more. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
Drain pasta and divide between serving bowls.
Top with sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
