3 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a shallow dish combine butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Place bread crumbs in flat dish.
3. Dip chicken in butter mixture, and coat with crumbs.
4. Place chicken in flat baking dish.
4. Pour remaining butter mixture over top of chicken.
5. Bake at 350 degrees, for 25 to 30 minutes.
