1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried sage, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. ground veal (or lean ground beef)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, bread crumbs, garlic sage, salt & pepper in a large mixing bowl. Add the veal (or beef). Mix well. Form mixture into 36 meatballs, about 1-inch in size.
Heat 2 T. olive oil in skillet and add meatballs. Cook 8-10 minutes, turning once, or until browned on all sides and meat is done. Serve with your favorite pasta and sauce.
