6 cups cooked egg noodles
1 cup chopped ham
4 eggs
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup butter
paprika powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles
In a non - stick fry pan heat olive oil, add butter. When butter is melted add the ham, stir until heated well. Toss noodles into ham mixture. Fry for about two minutes.
Crack eggs over the noodle ham mixture. Stir well until the eggs are fully cooked.
Sprinkle with paprika as desired. Serve with dill pickle spear.
