3 c. flour
1-1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 c. pecans
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1-1/4 c. vegetable oil
5 c. chopped raw apples

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, soda, salt & spices together. Beat eggs with oil and sugar. Add flour mixture, nuts, apples and everything else together.
Bake in a tube pan @ 350 for 1 hr. 10 min. or until brown. (Can vary depending on how juicy the apples are.)
