3 c. water
1 lb. fresh broccoli, chopped
3 chicken bouillon cubes
3/4 c. diced celery
3/4 c. diced carrots
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. milk
4 - 5 T. flour
8 oz. cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together first six ingredients until all are tender. In saucepan, melt butter; add in flour and stir until smooth. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly to make a white sauce. Melt in cream cheese. Combine with first mixture. Serve hot.
