1/2 cup Margarine
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg (or 2 Egg Whites or Egg Substitute equivalent to 1 Egg)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the margarine and peanut butter. Add white and brown sugar. Stir in egg, vanilla, flour and baking soda. Place dough, a teaspoon at a time, onto cookie sheet, pressing each dab flat with a floured fork. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool a minute or two before removing from cookie sheet. Yield: 5 dozen.
