Ingredients:  
1 can green chilis, chopped after removing seeds
3-4 green onions, diced and 1/2 green tops, diced
2 lg. tomatoes, diced
2 T. olive oil
1 T. garlic salt
1 T. white wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Refrigerate and cure overnight. Serve with round Tostitos.
