8 c sliced cucumbers
1 c sliced peppers
1 c sliced celery
1 c sliced onions
1 1/2 tbsp salt
2 c sugar
1 c vinegar
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cucumbers, peppers, celery, onion, and salt. Let set for 1/2 hour. In separate bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, mustard seed, and celery seed and let set for 1/2 hour. Drain juice from cucumber mixture, place in jars. Pour sugar/vinegar mixture into jars to cover, put lids on jars and refrigerate until used.
