Ingredients:  
2 packages (8 oz each) Philly cream cheese, softened at room temp
3 cups shredded cheese mix and match as you wish (e.g. mozzarella and cheddar, or three cheese taco blend, etc.)
One packet dry ranch dressing
beer darker beer like IPA or Fat Tire, etc work best for better flavor
Pretzels, crackers or other options to DIP

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese by hand (not a mixer)
Sprinkle ranch dressing over the cheese blend
Pour a little bit of beer over mix and continue to mix by hand
Keep adding beer until dip is creamy, but thick (not usually more than a beer is required) and all dressing is mixed into dip
Serve at room temp with crackers, pretzels, etc. (FlipSides crackers are great!)
