Crust:
1 stick butter
1 c flour
1/4 c pecans (optional)
Mix to crumbly. Spread on a greased 9 X13 pan. Bake 400 for 10 min. Cool.
Filling:
8 oz light cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
fold in 1 c cool whip
Mix, spread over crust carefully
1 large box instant pudding any flavor
1/2 tub of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions on pudding box. Carefully pour and spread over cheese mixture. Top with remaining tub of cool whip. Garnish with chocolate curls, chopped nuts or sprinkles.

This reminds me of spending time with family during the holidays, My Aunt Elaine always made this dessert, my favorite was using pistachio pudding. Chocolate was a close second.
