1/2 C butter
1 c. flour
5 T powdered sugar
Mix above and bake 10 min @350

5 c chopped rhubarb
6 egg yolks
1/4 tsp salt
4 T flour
1 c cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and cook to thickened. Pour over crust
Using the 6 egg whites, make meringue using sugar to taste and a dash of salt. Whip to meringue and top dessert. Bake 10 min, or until brown.
