3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
walnuts
chocolate chips
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients together. make 2 logs (flatten a bit) and bake 350 for 20-25 minutes. let cool and slice into biscotti slices. bake additional 10 minutes.
