2 medium butternut squash
1/2 c. oil
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. coffee rich

Crumbs:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
pour oil as needed till good consistency

Directions:
Directions:
cook butternut squash, drain and mash. add oil, flour, sugar, eggs and coffee rich. mix all together and bake 25 minutes. mix crumb ingredients together and spread over butternut squash. bake additional 25 minutes.
