1 Cauliflower, cut in bite size pieces
4 T. Butter
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
1/4 C. Chives, chopped
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place cauliflower on glass pie plate. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
In heavy skillet, melt butter over medium heat and saute until nice and brown. Add garlic and stir. Add cooked cauliflower and stir over reduced heat until evenly coated with butter. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve. Season lightly with a little salt and pepper if desired.
