2 c sugar
Cake:
1 1/2 c vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
3 cups grated carrots
2 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs

Frosting:
1 lb powdered sugar
1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese
1/2 c butter
1 c nuts
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add oil and blend. Add eggs and carrots. Pour into 9X13 inch baking pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Frosting: Cream sugar, butter, and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix well. Stir in nuts and frost cake.
