7oz almond paste [cut into small pieces]
1/3 c sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp orange extract
3 T all purpose flour
1/2 c pine nuts

Directions:
Directions:
postion oven rack in top third of oven. Heat oven to 325* line baking sheets with parchment paper or foil. If using foil coat with nonstick cooking spray.
beat together almond paste, sugar and 1 egg whit in medium size bowl until smooth. Beat in second egg white then vanilla and orange extracts. Stir in flour until dough forms.
Drop batter by heaping teaspoonful 2 inches apart on prepared sheets. Cover each cookie with pine nuts. about 1/2 tsp each
bake in top third of 325* oven until edges are golden, 15 minutes. cool cookies on sheet rack
