1 rabbit, dressed (leave whole)
1/2-1 lb. saurkraut, drained
1/2-1 lb. country sage or hot sausage, uncooked
rubbed sage
garlic salt
black pepper
rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix sausage and kraut together. Stuff inside of rabbit. Grease baking dish. Lay stuffed rabbit on baking dish. Season with rubbed sage, garlic salt, black pepper and rosemary to taste. Cover and bake until tender. Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
