4 egg yolks
11/2 c sugar
16 oz mascarpone cheese
1 qt. sweet whipping cream
1 c expresso coffee chilled
1/2 cup grand marnier
1/2 c chocolate brandy
3 boxes lady fingers
unsweetened cocoa powder for garnish

Beat eggs and sugar until a pale yellow
add softened mascarpone cheese and whipping cream. Beat together until soft peaks. do not over beat.
mix chilled coffee and brandy. add about 1/2 oz of mixture to cheese & cream stir by hand.
dip lady fingers in brandy mixture and line them up sides and bottom in a 11x14 glass baking dish then layer cream mixture lady fingers again top with cream mixture top it off with cocoa powder. chill for 24 to 48 hrs before serving
