1 1/2 lbs. stew meat 1 1/2 lbs. pork cubes, trimmed 2 cups chopped onions 3 chopped green peppers 6 oz. tomato paste 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1/4 cup chili powder 2 t. salt 2 t. worchestershire 1 t. dry mustard
Mix all ingredients in a 3 1/2 -5 quart crockpot. Cover and cook at 300º for 8 hours. Stir occasionally. Whisk to blend and serve on buns! Freezes well.
