1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 cup chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 green pepper
1 large can tomatoes with liquid
6 oz. tomato paste
2 cans kidney beans
1 can beef broth
3 T. chili powder
2 T. oregano
1 T. cumin
1 T. salt

Mix all ingredients in cooking pot and cook for 40-60 minutes until all are blended.
