2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 cups zucchini, grated
3 t. vanilla
1 t. salt
2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
2 cups flour

Directions:

Bake for 1 hour in 9x13 pan at 350. Even better with a powdered sugar glaze on top!
