2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded and defrosted 30 minutes. Separate well
1 can cream of chicken soup (no water added)
16oz sour cream; 3/4 stick melted butter
8oz sharp cheddar grated cheese & 8 oz Mozzarella cheese shredded; 1 c chopped onion, salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix together and put in 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips on top.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour
