2 8oz Cream Cheese
2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
1 jar dried Beef (chopped)
1 small onion (diced)
1 small jar stuffed green olives (chopped)
1 cup toasted Nuts or seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Toast the chopped nuts or seeds in the oven @350 until light brown (nuts and seeds can be omitted and it's still good.)

Mix 1st five ingredients together with your hands then form it into a ball. Roll in the nuts or seedsi if desired. Chill for at least 3 hrs. Serve with crackers.
