11/2lbs. Ground beef Preheat oven 375degrees
1/2C. choped onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 6oz. can tomato paste
1 small can spaghetti sauce (Larosa)
1tsp. Italian Spice
1/4tsp. black pepper
salt to taste
3-4 medium zuchini1/4in. slices
1/4C. flour
4 Eggs
1C. Milk
1/3 C Parmesan Romano Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a 12in. skillet cook beef,onion,garlic.Stir in seasonings, tomato paste,spaghetti sauce and cook until beef is no longer pink . About 5minutes.
Remove from heat. Coat zuchini with flour. In a
13 by 9in. pan layer 1/2 of zuchini and 1/2 of meat
mixture and repeat. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. In a bowl beat 4 eggs,1C milk anf pour over casserole anf sprinkle with 1/3C. Parmesan,
romano cheese. Bake 10- 15 more minutes until
casserole sets.
