2 cups raw rice (Do not use Minute Rice)
2 cans beef consume
1 stick butter
1 med. onion chopped
1 tsp salt
2 stalks of celery

Directions:
Directions:
Chop celery and onion. Saute, but don't brown.
Add rice & stir well
Place in baking dish & cover with consume. Cover securely and bake at 225 - 250 for 1 hour. Check occasionally to see if you need to add more liquid. Keep adding liquid until rice is done

Another Catherine Walker recipe. I personally do not include the celery. Also you may need to add more liquid than recipe calls for. I sometimes use beef broth for the extra liquid.
