3 c. cornbread mix
2 c. milk
3-4 jalapeno's, chopped
2 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. oil
1 (16 ounce) can cream style corn
3 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake 45-50 minutes. You can make into muffins if you prefer. Adjust baking time.
