1 c. chopped cooked beef,
1 T. parsley,
1 c. chopped cooked potatoes,
2 T. shortening,
1 c. chopped onion,
1 t. sage,
salt and pepper to taste,
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, parsley, potatoes, onion, sage and salt and pepper. Heat shortening in a skillet over medium heat. Spread hash evenly in skillet. Brown for 10 - 15 minutes. Add milk and mix. Cover and cook 10 more minutes.
