1 1/2 pound leftover cooked beef,
3 T. shortening,
2 chopped onions,
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms,
1 clove garlic,
2 T. flour,
1 c. beef bouillon,
1 T. worchestershire sauce,
1 c. sour cream,
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
melt shortening and add onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Pan fry for 5 minutes. Add cooked beef and brown quickly. Remove all from pan. Blend flour into drippings. Gradually stir in bouillon and worchestershire.Cook till thickened. Stir in sour cream and heat slowly. When gravy thickens add beef mixture. Heat a few minutes more. Serve on hot cooked rice.
