8 chicken pieces,
1 c. uncooked rice,
1 can chicken broth,
1 can cream of celery soup,
1 can mushroom soup,
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9x13 dish. Sprinkle on the rice. Mix the broth, soups and salt. Pour onto the rice. Lay the chicken pieces on top. Seal completely with foil. Bake 325 for 2 hours. Remove the foil for the last 20 minutes.
(Use whatever pieces of chicken you like)
