6 cups Special K cereal
15 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
15 oz. butterscotch chips
1 cup sugar
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 1/3 cup peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x12 pan with cooking spray. Pour cereal in large bowl. In microwave, melt chips together. In medium saucepan, combine sugar and Karo. Mix well over medium heat. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir well. Pour mixture over cereal and spread into pan. Pour melted chips over top. Chill for 2 hours.
