3 large egg yolks
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. lime zest
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup heavy cream
Graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, whisk together egg yolks and condensed milk. Stir in zest, juice and cream. Pour filling into crust and bake about 30 minutes at 350 until firm. Let cool before serving.
