1 lb. pecans
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
dash salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and water until foamy. In large plastic bag, put pecans, dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Shake until coated. Spread evenly on lightly greased baking sheet and place in 275 oven for 1 hour. Turn pecans every 15 minutes.
