18 oz. fettuccine cooked
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. lemon zest
pinch nutmeg
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Stir 2 cups of the cream and all the lemon juice into a large heavy skillet to blend. Add the butter and cook over medium heat until the butter just melts, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add the fettuccine and toss. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of cream and Parmesan cheese. Add the lemon zest, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Toss the pasta mixture over low heat until the sauce slightly thickens (about 1minute).
