1 cup cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
6 teaspoons butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed and picked over

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, and baking powder in large mixing bowl. Add the egg, buttermilk, and melted butter and stir to combine--do not over mix. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Fold in blueberries. Divide batter among 8 greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake in a preheated 375 oven for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of a muffin comes out clean. Cool slightly; serve warm.
