1 lb ground chuck
1 lb of sausage
1 large box of Velveeta
1 8 oz bag of Sharp cheddar Cheese
2 cans of Rotel Green Chilies and Tomatoes - diced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck and sausage together and drain very well. Dice up Velveeta and add the 2 cans of Rotel Green chilies and tomatoes stirring constantly until completely melted.
Add 1/2 bag of shredded cheddar for consistency. If too thick add 1/2 can of beer. Place in crockpot to keep warm/hot. Serve with tortilla chips.
