4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 large can of pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon

Icing:
3 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powder sugar
1/2 c. margerine
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, oil, sugar, pumpkin and mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt & cinnamon and mix well.
Spread in an ungreased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until tester/toothpick comes out clean. After completely cooled frost cake.

Mix all frosting ingredients together until smoothed or a little whipped. Refrigerate overnight.
