3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup cold butter
1 egg
3 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Beat cold butter into mixture. Add egg, cream, vanilla, and lemon juice. Remove from bowl and knead together adding SMALL amounts of flour until the dough is easily mold-able and can be rolled out. Flour surface, roll dough out and create cut out cookies of your choice. Place cut out cookies on baking sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
